Environments Where People Can Thrive

Living with a mental health condition can be a lot of things at once, including isolating and debilitating. That’s why an individual’s journey to long-term health and wellness needs support. At MHC, we meet people where they’re at and we move at their pace. We start with the condition of being human as our foundation always.

Over the years, Mental Health Connecticut has followed the tradition of mailing a formal Annual Report to share the highlights of our fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). This year, everything is different, so we did things a little differently. On behalf of our team, we invite you to view our video titled, “Environments where People Can Thrive” a part of our 2020 Digital Year in Review.

Click here to read a letter from our President & CEO, Luis B. Perez and Board Chair, Kim S. Pita for more details about our Year in Review.

When someone supports MHC, it has a ripple effect to all the teams in the community that are vital to the work we are doing. Your support is an investment in your friends and neighbors in Connecticut. We hope that you will join us in making a year-end investment for the long-term health and wellness of our community by donating to MHC today.

Time is running out to support our Winter Wellness Campaign! Your donation helps us provide essential mental health resources and expand access to care for individuals in need. Let’s come together to ensure no one has to face winter’s challenges alone.

While our Winter Wellness Campaign is coming to a close, our toolkit will be available on our website all winter long as we continue to embrace warmth, connection, and wellness.

This year’s Winter Wellness with MHC campaign is focused on giving mental health resources and support to communities throughout Connecticut.

Your donation will support the Mental Health Concierge sliding scale, enabling us to provide flexible mental health services to individuals in need throughout the state.

Your donation will enable us to provide mental health services, including therapy, in-home support, and case management, to low-income individuals and individuals experiencing homelessness.
