BGM was inspired by a longing for sisterhood, healing, and community in a society that has historically undervalued Black women’s wellness. More recently, it has been challenging for Black women to find trusted practitioners and teachers to empower their healing in community. BGM is revolutionizing wellness by integrating our four pillars into an innovative educational brand that empowers Black women to awaken their healer within.
