CHAC and MHC Unite for inaugural CHAC Forum “Wake Up to Wellbeing”

Farmington, CT, March 20th, 2024 – The Collective Healing Arts Community (CHAC) proudly announces its inaugural 2024 Spring Forum “Wake Up to Wellbeing” in partnership with Mental Health Connecticut (MHC), Natural Nutmeg Magazine, and Bloom23 Productions. This informative event is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, May 14th from 8:30 to 10:30 am at the Tunxis Country Club in Farmington, CT. A continental breakfast and light refreshments will be served, providing attendees with an opportunity to learn and connect in a relaxed setting.

The “Wake Up to Wellbeing” forum promises an enriching panel discussion featuring local leaders proficient in holistic and traditional wellness modalities. Attendees will gain insights and practical strategies for integrating self-care and wellness practices into their personal and professional spheres. “This event is OPEN to all who would like to learn more about bringing wellness into their daily lives,” emphasizes Christine Mola, Founder of CHAC. “We invite individuals from all walks of life to join us and take part in this important conversation and new collaboration.”
