For people seeking help with mental health, crisis support, finding a warmline, navigating healthcare systems to work with providers, and finding support in your local community.
If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org. You can also reach Crisis Text Line by texting MHA to 741741.
If you just need someone to talk to, consider calling a warmline. Warmlines are staffed by trained peers who understand what it’s like to need mental health support.
Online screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition.

A warmline is a phone service you can call for support during tough times. Whether you’re in crisis or simply need someone to talk to, a warmline offers assistance. Staffed by trained peers who have experienced their own mental health challenges, warmlines provide understanding and empathy.
Warmlines are free and confidential. Unlike crisis lines or hotlines, such as the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, which focus on immediate safety and crisis resources, warmlines are geared towards providing ongoing support. While many warmlines operate 24/7, some are open only on certain days and times.
