Thank you to Lt. Governor Susan Bysiewicz for recognizing MHC’s Chief Experience Officer, Remi Kyek, during Women’s History Month. The post shared to FacebookInstagram and Twitter commends Remi for her efforts facilitating MHC’s transition from nearly 90% in-person services to 75% virtual delivery of care during the pandemic. Named in 2021 as a “Connecticut Health Care Hero,” Remi’s work is a key reason for MHC receiving a platinum-level certification for Mental Health America’s Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health and top level accreditation from CARF. As Remi continues to take great initiative to create the necessary infrastructure to emotionally support MHC employees and now other workplaces across CT, she certainly continues to be an inspiration to all of us at MHC.

Remi has a deep gratitude for her work supporting workplace mental health, “Supporting your workforce is invaluable and creates engaged and productive employees. It has been a joy to guide companies who are launching or reinvigorating workplace wellness initiatives that include the creation of emotionally safe environments,” says Kyek.
