Colorful Conversation Panel Featuring MHC’s Jacquilyn Davis

In case you missed it, Mental Health Connecticut’s (MHC) Director of Workplace Mental Health & DEI, Jacquilyn Davis, participated in the September Colorful Conversation, hosted by the Minority Business Network of the West Hartford Chamber. The panel, titled “Bridging the Gap – Mental Health Equity for All,” was a solutions-based discussion focused on mental health challenges in under-resourced communities.

The panel was packed with powerful insights, “a-ha moments,” and practical advice. Christopher Clarke moderated and Jacquilyn Davis, alongside fellow distinguished panelists Latonya King, MSN RN, PMHNP-BC, and Shevonne Browne-Sims, LPC, shared valuable perspectives on mental health equity. It is a must-watch for anyone interested in creating a more inclusive mental health landscape.

We encourage you to catch the recording and listen to this impactful conversation. It’s an opportunity to deepen your understanding of mental health and its impact on communities of color. Don’t miss out on this enriching discussion!
