Surveys reveal alarming statistics, with a significant portion of the workforce reporting mental health conditions exacerbated by workplace stressors. These conditions not only affect individual employees and their communities but also employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. At MHC, we envision a future where wellbeing is rooted in respect for the condition of being human. Regardless of the location of your workspace – home office, corporation, community-based – these environments are part of our community and deserve the investment to be safe and healthy places to work.
